Spring Break Mission Trip
March 12-14, 2025

How to sign up and when you can work:
Acknowledging that students will be selecting times and days they can work at various projects during this week, there is still a one-time registration fee that will help cover costs for the trip, items needed for the projects, meals, and place to stay (as many will not be back in dorms) during the time you can help.
In the registration form, please select the days in which you are available to help with the projects.
What are we doing?
Helping at various locations throughout Western North Carolina to help with the continual cleanup, recovery, and rebuilding of churches and community areas. This includes:

- Preparing, serving, and delivering meals
- Small construction projects

- Lodging
- Breakfast, lunch, and dinner each day
- Construction materials, tools, and project supplies and delivery to worksites
- Evening programming and entertainment

- Hurricane Lunch Meals in Newland
- Carpool to Newland at 9:30am
- Pickup and Package 200 meals to be delivered by 11:30am
- Friday, March 14:
- Live Staking Work Day with Mountain True (learn more here)
- Please complete this volunteer application at the end of the Mountain True webpage here.
- Restore riverbanks of the High Country after Hurricane Helene. We’ll be planting stakes that will eventually grow into trees, and protect our rivers from erosion and pollution.

Warm layers & gloves (we’ll be on the water, so dress for weather and make sure it’s things you don’t mind getting dirty), Rubber boots and/or waders and an extra set of dry clothes.
