Parking Registration will Open on Tuesday, July 8 at 7am

🚗 App Wesley Parking Policy & Application – Fall 2025

Parking Period:

Full Academic Year: August 1, 2025 – May 7, 2026

Fall Semester Only: August 1, 2025 – December 11, 2025

Spring Semester Only: January 1, 2026 – May 7, 2026
Application Deadline: July 15, 2025
Location: App Wesley Lot (assigned or designated spots)

💰 Parking Fees

• $300 per semester

• $600 full academic year (Fall + Spring reserved in advance)

• Includes access to designated weekday parking only.

  • After 5pm and on Weekends, your spot may be used for hourly parking rates.

🏈 Football Game Day Parking

• Not included in semester rental

• Weekly lottery system for each home game

  • Lottery winners pay $40 per game for tailgating access

  • Entry forms sent via email each game week

  • Limited spaces available; passes are non-transferrable

📋 Parking Rules & Terms

1. Permit Display Required

   • Wesley-issued hangtag must be clearly displayed on rearview mirror

   • Permits are non-transferable

2. Parking Hours & Limitations

   • Week & Weekends

   • After 5pm and on Weekends, your spot may be used for hourly parking rates.

   • No Saturday parking on Football Game Days

3. Football Game Day Policy (Game Day Parking Rules Attached)

   • All vehicles must be moved by 8:00am on the 5 home game Saturdays

     • For 2025, this includes 1 Thursday Game, cars must be moved by 3pm

   • Only those with a paid lottery pass may park on game day

4. Special Event Clause

   • App Wesley staff and Board of Directors may reserve or restrict spaces for ministry use, events, or facility needs

   • Notice will be given 24–48 hours in advance, when possible (email or note)

5. Enforcement & Towing

   • Lot monitored regularly

   • Violations (e.g., no permit, improper parking, off-hours use) may result in:

     • Written warning

     • Temporary suspension of access

     • Towing at owner's expense

   • No refunds issued due to violations or towing

6. Conduct Expectations

   • Vehicles must be well-maintained (no leaks)

   • No trash, obstruction, or disrespectful use of space

📝 Application Process

• Submit completed form (online)

• Provide vehicle registration details

• Pick up permit before semester begins

• Return permit at end of rental period
